I have now used this surgery for 30 years and I have always found the receptionists helpful over this period of time. All the doctors over this period have given a friendly and personal service, often using out of hours time to ensure I got the best specialist treatment where and when it was possible. This is a rural area with a great number of holiday homes, which puts increasing pressure on the two doctors in the long holiday season. However, this still ensure an excellent service, now with an effective practice nurse to monitor older patients regularly. Rather than reduce, or close the practice, as has been suggested by the government, additional money should be made available to enable the practice to add further services.

As usual I saw one of the Docs on the day, no waiting for days like another nearby practice. The receptionist is always friendly, if excessively busy at times. Both doctors are exceptionally pleasant and experienced - I speak from experience here, my last surgery being in Birmingham with a two week wait for an appointment to see a harassed and too-busy doctor. All-in-all the best Practice I have used, five stars for everything.
